We have used Nordic Backup for several years now. It was recommend to us by our IT guy & we have had no issues period, It works every night at the assigned time. When there
were questions, they were resolved/answered with one phone call. I would recommend them to any company requiring off site back ups.

We changed credit cards used for monthly payment. The old card was declined and replaced by the new card. It went off with out a hitch. Good job!!

Nordic is a good cloud backup system. It backs up my server as well as workstation. It is easy to install and use

Nordic has been a great business to work with. From the simplicity of setting up new accounts to the continued customer support they provide whenever there is an issue. There are not a lot of businesses out there that call you to let you know there is a issue with, in this case, data backup service before you know it yourself. Their customer support is very helpful and have made various attempts to get a hold of us whenever they see an issue. Many times they are calling me about the issue before I am aware of it myself. I would recommend Nordic for anyone in need of a Data Backup Service.

I found the Nordic Backup solution to be quite time consuming and was never able to get the program to work with my NAS. I was a customer with 8 clients for 7 months and I spent too much time with technical support trying to get their program to work. I think it's an easy solution for people with just workstations but if you are trying to run a business I don't want to keep having to check on my back ups to make sure they are working properly. their program seems to eat a lot of bandwidth up too. I found that some internet connectivity came to a screeching halt when their services were running. Their services are also very expensive compared to their competitors. Not just twice the price but sometimes three times the pricing of other comparable services. I want my back-up solution to be like my anti virus program. I want to set it and forget it and Nordic could not provide me with that. one company never had one successful back up without me manually starting the program. This is probably a good solution for the home user but not in business.

Nordic Backup was recommended to me by my computer repair tech as he has had a very positive experience with them. I am very pleased with the service and reliability. I couldn't agree more with his recommendation and would have no reservation in recommending Nordic Backup to others.

Totally worry-free! Just set it and forget it, until you need it! We are a small office with five computers and one server. Nordic Backup stores everything at night and sends a completion message to our inbox.

Excellent and prompt technical support. Overall has been running trouble free for the last 2 years. Mederately priced compared to other similar services, but its their excellent technical support that makes them worth recommending to my customers.

I installed Nordic Backup Home for a client about 6 weeks ago and last week he became infected with some nasty ransomware that encripted all his word and exel files. No one in his house is computer 'comfortable' yet it was easy enough for his daughter to find a restore set -pre infection- and restore his data to a spare computer so he could get back to work. I had to field a couple of calls from the daughter , just hand holding really. the restore went perfectly. She kept saying , "so, is that it? is that all I have to do? " the software is simple to use and it works perfectlly. we used to sell other cloud backup programs but now we only sell Nordic. highly recommended.
