December 6, 2015I received this complaint in the mail on Friday, December 11, I called and spoke with [redacted] at length on Saturday, December 12, to determine the events that happened.Jessica M [redacted] was a scheduling employee at No Nonsense Neutering when this incident occurred and she as an individual contracted to do a Trap Neuter Return (TNR) project for [redacted] However, she used NNN phones and traps and presented herself as an agent of NNN during this timeNNN does not employ paid trappers because this is a volunteer effort for the Community as a part of our mission to help free roaming cats. The resolution that both [redacted] and NNN agreed to is that he will be reimbursed $which represents the entire amount of money paid by him to Jessica M***That check will be mailed out by the end of this Week.I personally apologized that our organization was so poorly presented to him.Regards,Martha K.President
