No Limits Personal Training

Review: I entered a contract with this company. The contract language stated that my monthly payments would be for a set number of sessions. They cancelled the contract because they stopped working at the gym where I have a membership. Unfortunately, they did not fulfill on the specified number of sessions for the original one month contract, and they charged my credit card for an additional month. After leaving four phone messages (three on his personal voicemail), I've not received a single callback from the owner/president. After eight emails to his wife/business partner, I received a reply email saying I would be issued a refund in the form of a money order that should arrive no later than November 14. It is now November 17 and I have no refund. Nor have I received a response to my latest email inquiring about my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the services I paid for but did not receive ($210).
