Review: I placed two separate orders with N.O. Brew on May 20 and May 21. I received no notification about a timeframe in which the orders would shipped. I then received notification on June 3rd that the order had been shipped. However, I received notification from FedEx on June 5th that the product was damaged in shipment and would be sent back to N.O. Brew (which arrived and was signed for by N.O. Brew on June 7). Since this incident, I have not received any notification from N.O. Brew on when my order will be re-shipped. I have e-mailed the company as well as placed a message on their voice mail; and no one has returned my call. I just want to know when I can expect my order. It should not take this long to receive an order.Desired Settlement: I just simply want the products I ordered and paid for.
