As it seems, I too got took...I should’ve known better. I took one look and was immediately skeptical. I have lots of gold and have experienced with different types of “real gold” texture. Once in my hand my little voice said, “sucker!”...Tried to call them and to my supprise someone answered! In fact, a whole village got on the phone giggling and speaking a language unknown to man.” Halo, halo” just like that! I got no where and of course after doing that for 3 minutes or so I hung up and called back...I too recvd a vm and a FULL mail box!
Review: bad business advertising....still waiting for my orderDesired Settlement: I received a statement after submitting a credit card payment and tried to call nilestone after waiting 5 business days after paying shipping for order arrival to me in 3 business days. Can't get through to them by phone and the message is always -the mailbox is full- when you try to leave a voice message. I hope that they can see this message..this is not the time to play with a person's hard earned money.
Review: I purchased what was advertised a solid 18k gold cartouch pendent and necklace from Nilestone. I spent a little over $600 for this jewelry which was to be imported from Cairo, Egypt. Upon receiving the merchandise, I took it to a jewelry store to verify that it was 18k. Gold. As it turns out, the necklace was real but the pendant was not. I attempted to contact the company on many occasions and continously receive a voicemail. It has been two weeks and no one has responded to my calls.Desired Settlement: I will happily return the merchandise to receive what I paid for, or receive a full refund for the product.
