They're terrible and tell you whatever they want so that they can sell you a dress, even if they're all lies. We bought my mom's mother of the bride dress from them, and they told us that they have a seamstress who can come to the store and handle all alterations. That was very important to us, as we'd had trouble in the past with buying a dress that we couldn't have altered well. They also said that we can do the alterations after 5pm, and that evening appointments for alterations were no problem since they were open until 7. Turns out that was false and that their seamstress doesn't come to the store. Additionally, the seamstress can't see anyone past 5, which I absolutely couldn't do because I have a job. The seamstress said that she would be able to accommodate me on a weekend, but by that time I had already contacted the store for help. The store then contacted the seamstress, said I complained about her, accused me of being rude and "probably just as rude to the seamstress", and asked the seamstress to cancel on me, which she did. So unprofessional! We ultimately had to find our own seamstress, who did a phenomenal job (go to [redacted]...she was recommended by my bridal boutique and was great!!!). They have nice stuff, but I'd look for a dress somewhere else. These women are rude, full of drama, and are liars.
