owner. They fax or email it back to us. We process the credit card payment based on the amount that they authorize. Our service man cannot leave the scene until he knows the payment is processed. Truck not fixed: service man verified issue driver was having (shift issues – high to low sticking); cleaned, lubed and tested for leaks or blockage, etc. and found none. Last words on work order written by our service man were “system range selector operating according to driver”. Based on the facts that we have we do not see where the customer was over charged or has reason to complain about the service.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards, [redacted] This is the same unethical answered I received from them before, my concerns are : 1 - Our office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, the job was completed after our business hours (around 8 PM) so nobody was at the office therefore don't have access to our fax how ever we do have access to emails but the only method of payment they would take is a FAX SIGNED authorization form . They wouldn't take my driver's signature either so Since our office was closed for the day we had to drive back there , find the fax - sign the form send it to them and they will charge you for EACH AND EVERY MINUTE their " mechanic " had to sit there because they wouldn't process it any other way . ( Question : what if no one can come to the office until next day to sign a FAX ? Its 2016 , E sign - emails , text messages - pictures ....) .Once we finally got back to the office , signed - fax the form and called to confirm they stated the bill now has changed due to the length of time took us to deliver the signed form even though they had a copy of the card and the driver onsite there to sign it .2 The truck WAS NOT tested , in fact service guy parked his vehicle in front of the rig preventing from movement until payment was complete . When I called the person on the phone told me that my driver SIGNED the bill therefore they were not coming back.Please fell free to call me at [redacted] if you have any questions , at this point all I am looking for is an appropriate review for this incompetent company so other owners operators or companies are at least warned about their business methods . Our line of business is hard enough as its and this kind of unscrupulous people doing business makes it even worse . I really appreciate your help in this matter , [redacted]
