I paid this company $up front for years of serviceNot quite years in, I am locked out of my Alarm.com phone app with no home monitoring and no one has any answers why-- Alarm.com, Moni, or Nexsense, the ultimate party at faultCredit card company won't refund me and no one at Nexsense will respond to callsWho knows if they are out of business or what-- Dee, the CEO (0855), is entirely unresponsive and a pretty disappointing person
I paid money for a service I didn't get, so unethical and frustrating at the very least

I have a security system that I got through NexsensePreviously I had tried for or months continually to contact Nexsense because I needed to have someone come out and fix my door lock The bolt on the front door that they installed gets stuck and is extremely difficult to unlock or lock once it gets stuckIt doesn't work at all with the app to lock or unlock it or with the code lock plate on the doorIt is a physical problem of it getting stuck, so I need someone to come out It is so bad now that I can't even unlock it once it is locked, so I have to leave it unlocked I left countless phone messages and also tried sending emails as well I never had any of my messages answered I then discovered that for months Nexsense and Monitronics were both withdrawing from my checking account the monthly fee of $each month, so for months I was paying double what I should be Nexsense was wrongly withdrawing the money because they had given my account to Monitronics to co

our home security alarm hasn't been working right, so we called ALL the nexsense numbers that are on the InternetThey all say disconnected Also, Confused because a friend that worked there said they were all laid off and the company is no longer in business We had no letter, email, or calls about company going out of businessMoney has been taken out of our bank account for a security alarm that doesn't work and we cannot get any numbers that aren't disconnectedWe desperately wanna change to a different alarm company nowWe have to close our bank account to stop the automatic withdrawal due to the fact we cannot get a hold of anyone to find out answers or cancel service...if there still is a service
