Mark [redacted] from Newsteps Concrete did very poor job technologically. Poured concrete partially and did not bother to level things up. Left job incomplete. I'm texting him every day. He promises will come and always finds a reason not to. It's been more than 2 months since the original contact.

Talked to Mark first on May 25. He came to work site on May 29. Took deposit. Promised to start early next week, but only came on Thursday. I'm not blaming him for the first week, since there were some weather conditions. First time worked for few hours and left. Second time came in 2 weeks. Poured concrete partially. Solicited for remaining balance and I was stupid enough to write him a check. Once he got a check, he left the job site and I'm still trying to get him back to complete the job. After a month of SMS and emails (he does not pick up phone), agreed on refunding the money I paid. Never refunded a penny.
