I am rejecting this response because:
I took my shirts to a different cleaner nearby. I was told by that cleaner that the shirts were most likely cleaned in a dirty solution, mostly likely intentionally. There was no way to smell the stench on the shirts after the first cleaning, because they were in a plastic bag. The second time, I was explicit that I was still not satisfied, in that it appeared they did NOT clean the shirts again. The second cleaner was able to remove the stench, and the shirts were just fine. The truth is, New World Cleaners was angry when we asked them to honor a coupon they offered. They then intentionally cleaned the shirts to have a stench when completed (a practice done by cleaners angry with their patrons, as I was told by their competitor). I still request that the cleaners refund the cost of the cleaning. THERE IS NO DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT THIS BUSINESS IS DISHONEST!!! They only banned me from their business, although I never heard of a cleaners banning a customer, just because they complain; any rational customer could simply not do business with the business again. Again, I strongly encourage the Revdex.com to investigate the business practices of New World Cleaners. You have already given them a D- rating, which should explain much about this business. As to a small court action, I wouldn't waste my time or effort, given that I found a dry cleaner who is competent, reasonably priced, and HONEST! New World cleaner should have its business license revoked in my opinion

Review: On Friday 28th of February 2014, around 6 PM I went to the New Bold Cleaners also with a new name that shows (New World Cleaners) located at 4211 Arden Way Sacramento CA 9586 to pick up my wife's pants as we were supposed to go to a friend that evening. When she removed the pants to put it on, she noticed the pants is shiny like it was burned by a hot iron. It was even worse on one spot like a burned mark. She couldn't use it and the next day around 9 AM she went to check with the dry cleaner while I was home. About half an hour later she called me from her car very frustrated and nervous told me that the owner ([redacted]) of the dry cleaner is very rude and started shutting at her that this is her fault and she has done this to the pants herself. When she tries to talk he ignores her and speaks loudly over her. In front of other customers tell my wife she is not even a good customer because the record of us spending shows that we have spent about $180 since year 2004 while he has 2 million dollar business. It was around noon I decided to go to dry cleaner and see why he did this action to my wife. When I explained to owner Mr. [redacted] that his action was inappropriate and he has insulted my wife instead of apologizing to her for the damaged pants. He got aggravated against me and started talking very loud to me and even told me that he can pick me up and put me outside his business. When I was leaving his store he walked outside with me and said you are Indian and all Indian are like that (I am not Indian but have many Indian friends). He insulted us and insulted a race too. There was a witness (one of the business owner from the same shopping center) during this time. My wifes pants was new and cost us $70. He charged us $6.25. But worst of all he has insulted my wife and my self. Please do whatever possible to enforce some rule and regulation that a society demands to have.Respectfully,[redacted]Desired Settlement: A full refund ($76.25) plus a written apology.

Company states: All of our irons are teflon coating to prevent burning from happening. There is no way burning is specifically possible. He was being aggressive and brought in others and made a scene. All of our irons have a plastic teflon coating to prevent such a thing from happening.

Review: Horrible cleaners. Rude, disrespectful, and extremely poor at dry cleaning. My clothing smelled of chemicals and I complained. The Chemicals they used gave me a terrible headache and made me nauseous. They said they didn't want my business after I complained, rather than apologizing and trying to correct the problem. I strongly recommend that you sanction this business, review its business practices, determine whether they are following proper protocol for the chemicals they use, and assess for yourself their customer service (or lack thereof). I also recommend that the Revdex.com give this business an F Rating.Desired Settlement: I would like a written letter of apology from the owner [redacted] and the manager [redacted] for the horrible treatment I received, along with a refund for the $18.90 which I paid to have my silk shirts cleaned. These shirts are Tommy Bahama silk camp shirts, and cost $139 each, plus tax. I believe they have ruined them with the chemicals they used, in that even though they redid the shirts, they still smell very chemical. Total cost to replace these shirts would exceed $600! They should pay this too!

Review: On Tuesday 04/07/2015 several garments were brought in into the New Worlds Cleaners for cleaning. One of the shirts ended up with a bunch of green/blue stains. as I was picking up the clothing I notices that the sleeves on the yellow shirt were folded funny so I just decided to fix them and that is when I noticed that it had dye stains on it. I asked the employee at front desk what happened and she just stated "that not us. you brought it in like that." then I asked if there is anything that could be done and she said "manager will have to cal you." anyways when I finally got to talk to the manager she just stated that it is not our fault however I will take a look at the shirt and talk to the owner tomorrow (04/10/2015) the next day I was waiting for the call and didn't receive it by the time that she promised to call me so I ended up calling them back. Manager stated "come in and talk to the owner yourself" when I came in to the cleaners on Saturday to try and see if the issue could be resolved I spoke to the owner and he simply stated that its all in my head and the shirt was brought in with stains originally. however later in the conversation I did manage to find out that yellow shirt could have been washed with a blue or a green shirt. I believe that the cleaners are responsible for the damage. the later stated that it took too much time to resolve this issue and I should just go.Desired Settlement: refund the cost of the shirt and the dry-cleaning cost. $50.
