Review: We ordered food via [redacted]. One of the items they sent us was the wrong item and had seafood in it that we could not eat. We called the restaurant a few times just minutes after having the food delivered, but got no answer, so we called [redacted] instead. They could not reach them either, but the next day they were able to reach them and while they refused to give us a refund for the amount, they offered to credit the correct dish the next time we ordered. Though not ideal, we agreed to that because we did not want to make a big deal out of it. That day we called the restaurant again to order (and use the credit they offered us), but they were so rude, said they can't help us and hung up the phone on us. They were rude and reneged on their agreement after we were very fair, considering we were left hungry that night. In any other area, if you paid money for something and didn't get that thing, you would get a refund. This should not be any different.Desired Settlement: We want a refund for the item amount + tax that we paid (not even the entire meal, though for the hassle we went through, if they were a good business, they should probably offer us additional compensation). The [redacted] order number is #[redacted]. The item in question is the [redacted] dish for $16.95. [redacted] can probably attest to the fact that we contacted them multiple times, starting with around 10 minutes after our order arrived. Thank you for your help in this matter.
