finally does return that device in good working order, credit is issued to that customers’ account to offset that charge

I have been a customer for about -years I had phone and internet that workedI paid my bill in full and then switched to the bundle I called every week it didn't work last time I called, they said it would take weeks to get someone thereIt never worked why would I say this if it didI have medical issues now and I would not be able to reach or the doctorsThey also said I could get month free if I didn't like the serviceIt was supposed to be a month, then went to then 502.00.?
