I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
The bottom line is my carpet was intact and nothing was wrong with it before the delivery. After the delivery my carpet was ripped. The company refuses to have the carpet restored to the way it was before the delivery. They are offering a $200.00 resolution to temporarily fix the carpet. I have explained to them numerous times that with a Berber carpet can't be pieced together and they are arguing with me about this fact. Yes, I originally asked for a resolution of $200.00 but that was before I was informed by [redacted]'s the place that sold and installed the carpet that it can't be put back to the original state unless it is entirely replaced which is where the $1,200.00 comes from. I do not understand why this fact is not comprehendible by the company. I want this resolved so badly but if their resolution is just to give me $200.0 to make it go away that is not okay. I take very good care of my things and for this to happen and not be fixed is unfair and not right. I have told them I will go the legal route if I have to but I do not want to do that.
