Review: The company, Nemosine Pens failed to return a pen in which I sent in for repair. After waiting several weeks, I contacted them asking them why it hadn't been returned. They responded, asking for a description of the item with my address. I of course gave it to them. They sent no further emails updating me on whether the item would be returned. My pen did not arrive, and after waiting several more weeks, I contacted them again. They did not respond to this email. I sent them an email as a final warning, and they didn't respond to this either.Desired Settlement: A full refund including the amount I sent in with the pen to have it repaired.
Review: I placed an order from nemosine.com on July 18, 2016. The company sent me an initial auto-email confirming my order and telling me I would receive another email when the order was shipped. That is the last correspondence I received from the company.
I never received the item and I never received an email notifying me of shipment.
On July 25, I emailed the company inquiring where my order was and received no reply.
As there are no phone numbers on the website, I had a hard time tracking down a contact number but I did call xfountainpens.com on August 8. I spoke to the representative who indicated they were not the same business as nemosine.com, but they could pass along my information. I gave my contact info to the representative from xfountainpens but was never contacted by Nemosine.Desired Settlement: Obviously, I would like the company to deliver my order. I could have purchased their product on [redacted] but chose not to as I wanted to support a local business directly without the middleman.
After all this undue stress and delay, the business also has a responsibility to issue at least a partial refund or additional products at no charge.
