Mrs*** called our office this morning and reported that she is not receiving the HD local channels. After further review, this account is not active for those channels. We are not able to issue a credit for a channel for which she is not paying.Attached is the letter being
mailed to her today explaining this and updating her on her account. With regards to the complaint amount listed, the customer has a zero account balance. I do not know where she is getting this amount. Thank you

Additionally we have a zero balance because we always pay our bill on time. Further if we have no HD why do we have two HD boxes installed in our home?

Review: For over three years, Nelson Cable has not provided suitable cable tv service. Responses to my repeated calls to Nelson Cable regarding daily outages have been met with comments that the service will be working "soon" after upgrades have been completed. Upgrades have been ongoing for the past 10 years! I have told this business that I want a refund for services not provided. This business will only offer me $5.00 off my monthly bill after each complaint. I should not have to pay anything since this company is not providing the services for which I pay a monthly fee.Desired Settlement: I want reliable cable television service.
