NE Autographs

People please do your research and don't make the mistake I did! I unfortunately ordered 2 different posters from this company, 1 band and 1 movie. Both turned out to be fraud with valid proof! Signatures didn't match up with the band poster after having them authenticated and the movie poster timeline didn't match due to an actor passing away and their answer of when they "acquired" it was after the actors passing date, so there was no possible way for it to be genuine. They were more than happy to answer emails before purchasing but completely ignored after... a total of 6 different emails. I emailed them several months later on a different email and they replied about the movie poster I purchased. After confronting them, this jackass gave me the incorrect information, which gave me the answer to it being a fraud (as I mentioned) and claimed they work with the FBI and NYPD to ensure the signatures are authentic HA! I called them out, threatened to get my money back and of course they decided to not reply once again. I thankfully put in a fraud claim with my bank and got my money back. A BIG F[redacted] YOU to this company and I hope you get busted one day, karma will be a B[redacted]! BEWARE! IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT MORE THAN LIKELY IS!

Review: After purchasing a signed [redacted] poster, I have received a confirmation email but no tracking number for my purchase. I have emailed several times to confirm the shipment of my order, yet I have received no response. After reviewing other complaints , I have realized that the autographs are far from authentic. I advise shutting down the site as the whole business is a scam to get people's money. I should have known the site was not legitimate when my online receipt did not even include tax. I would have called the company to complain, but they don't even list a contact number.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a check in the amount of my purchase which was $179.

Review: Purchased a poster that was supposed to have a John Wayne autograph. When I received it I had it authenticated locally and was told it was a fake. I requested a refund which I did get because I did the authentication so quickly. I'd contacted [redacted] within the time needed to challenge the purchase. Interestingly they haven't asked for their poster back even though I've written twice where to send it.

Review: My wife purchase a poster with autographs on it. The website clearly states that they are guaranteed authentic hand signed in person by the people stated. They are fake. They say they have a money back guarantee and I contacted them about this. They claimed they work with the FBI in [redacted] to verify authenticity. I called the FBI [redacted] and spoke to an agent who told me this was absolutely untrue. They told me the issued a refund which they didn't. They then asked if they could refund via paypal which they never did. Now they ignore my emails. Strangely they did not ask for the item to be returned which indicates it is fake. If it was genuine they would want it back. Please shut them down so they don't continue to commit fraud on innocent people.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the purchase price.

Review: order a poster from them for 155.99 on 3/*/15 at 715 pm have contacted them through email and yesterday they say we will be sending tracking number shortly but nothing it has been long enough and have found many complaints about them so feel I am going to robbed now. from what I have read most of there stuff is fake I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: just want my money back this is alot of money to lose or the poster they claim is real autograph

Review: After purchasing and receiving three items from the NE Autograph All Autograph website, it's come to my attention that these items are fake and not authentic. I tried contacting NE Autograph based on their refund policy, and I never received a response. I want a refund for the items purchased.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the items I purchased.

Review: On or about Friday March *, I placed an order with NE Autograph (value $649.99). Unfortunately almost immediately I had some unexpected plumbing issues (burst pipe) and I needed to cancel the order (Order# [redacted]. I was able to reach the company (they called me) on Monday March ** and after a short discussion on the phone they agreed to cancel my order. Im sorry but I did not get the name of the person I talked to. He told me that although they would give me the refund, unfortunately the amount has already been processed through paypal so they said they would issue me a refund but it would take about 4 weeks. I waited and by April *, they had only issued me a credit of $195.00 but there is still $454.99 refund still pending. I continued to contact them via their website and via email and finally on April **, they sent me an email and said they had issued the refund and I should expect the balance in 3-6 business days. I waited 10 days and still no refund so I began to try and contact them again. I have not been able to reach them via any means (phone, email website) since then and now it appears they may be blocking my email. I only know this because I received a message saying my email could not be delivered. I would understand had I actually received the order but as the order was stopped and they agreed on the refund, I think I am entitled to receive it. I have a copy of the email exchanged where they indicated they had issued me credit if needed (the credit I have not received).Desired Settlement: I would like them to credit the remaining $454.99 to my paypal account!
