We had the same experience, substandard work and very arrogant. Nuno Cabral is a handy man that does not use his subs on the permits. A lot of work had to be redone and he took over 4 months to almost complete the job with many errors

After receiving subpar work on from this company, the owner became very angry and confrontational about the quality of the work. I would not recommend their work and avoid them.
