The person who purchase through groupon my offer left one phone message which I responded to talking to his wife The gentleman did come in the day before and we scheduled all of his massagesHis first appointment which was for 10:00am was correctI arrived at 10:and saw him sitting in his truck which was next to my carAt approximately 10:I called him and asked if he was in the parking lot and was going to come inHe replied he left and then said he wanted to cancel all his appointments and get a refund I told him that is fine and he would have to contact groupon to receive his refund because they collect the moneys on the deals.I have an online scheduling system that I use and directions to use that are on my phone message as well as my website I am a one person business so my time is spent mostly giving massagesSince they didn't leave a message saying they were having difficulty with scheduling on line I could not help them The only message I received was they were going to contact the Revdex.comLike I said we had scheduled all three of his appointments and I was minutes late to his first.If he does want a refund he would need to go through groupon as the hold the payments for a period before it is sent to me I have had others request refunds due to various circumstances and they have received them I am sorry they had difficulty with scheduling but I have had thousands of groupon customers and this is the first complaint to Revdex.com[redacted]
