Review: My father took our vehicle, a 2013 [redacted] Sienna XLE minivan to Natomas Car Wash on February 16 at 4:57pm. When he drove through the car wash he heard a loud noise and noticed that the rearview mirror was knocked in. He drove the car back to our house where my wife and I were able to inspect it with him. It appeared that something inside the car wash machine ripped off our front radio antenna, cracked our front windshield and knocked in our rearview mirror. I called and left a message with [redacted] at Natomas Car Wash. I later spoke with [redacted] who said he was a manager and took the car in to show him and took pictures and he said it would be dealt with shortly. More than a week went by and I did not receive a call back from the owner [redacted] (maybe [redacted]). I finally called when I had not heard anything back. [redacted] asked me to come in so that he could see the vehicle, Thursday, March 3. I went there at 12:30 p.m. and [redacted] looked at the damage and spoke briefly with me. I asked him to pay for a replacement windshield and a replacement antenna. He said that he would call me back the next day, Friday, March 4. He did not. I called him on Saturday and Sunday and left a message. He is being unresponsive and Natomas Car Wash has had limited communication with me about this incident.Desired Settlement: I believe the Natomas Car Wash should be held personally liable for this repair. I called [redacted] and I received a quote from [redacted] that the antenna will cost $46.64 at [redacted] in Sacramento. [redacted] also let me know that they contract out with [redacted] for repair. I called [redacted] and the quote for full replacement of the windshield with labor included is: $463.32 for [redacted] to come to your house or $433.37 to take to service at [redacted] in Sacramento.

Review: I went to get a car wash and vacuum and my seats shampoo at this establishment my carpet on my passenger side was pulled up and they tried to put it back down but it's not how it was prior to coming to coming to the car washDesired Settlement: I want my carpet back down and smooth the way it came to the car wash
