I bought progressive, transitional and scratch-resistent eyeglasses from this office on 05/21/for $ On 08/27/2015, I noticed the screw holding the left ear piece in place was coming out and the lense was gone I went back to this same office to show their employees what had happened and to ask what they were going to do about it I had to pay another $to have a replacement lense made and will have to wait plus weeks before I can pick my glasses up What really frosted me was that I had to pre-pay getting another lense made I am a first-time customer with them and I thought I might get a better deal from them for the sake of good customer service, but I was very wrong I will not do any future business with this business

I had to pay another $75 to have a replacement lense made and will have to wait 2 plus weeks before I can pick my glasses up. What really frosted me was that I had to pre-pay getting another lense made. I am a first-time customer with them and I thought I might get a better deal from them for the sake of good customer service, but I was very wrong. I will not do any future business with this business.
In all my years of getting glasses,my experience with nationwide vision by far has been the worst. Two pair for 99$ was supposed to take 7 to 10 days took over 3 weeks and then only received 1 which was wrong 1 lens was tinted other not then told can not tell me how long to correct this or when my second pair wouldbe in . At this point asked for refund and received it. Was told it was labs fault. was told sorry about that.
