Review: National Small Business Owner Association took money from my account that I did not authorize. I was unaware that I was paying a membership fee to paticipate in their organization. The money was taken from my account starting on August 3 with a starter fee of $1.99. On August 10 they withdrew $129. and on August 23 they withdrew $335.40. I cancel the transaction within two day and no funds should have been taken on or before August 10. The time frame for with drawing the money was not within their own guidelines. NSBOA informed my bank that the funds was theirs and has made no attempt to return any of the money. I have called their office on several occasions and can find no one to address this issue. My bank has sent a letter explaining that this money should be returned and no one has made any effort to correct my problem. The representative said that the amount to be deducted would be a little over $100.00 and not over $300.00 dollars. This company has misrepresented itself to me and I am sure their are others that may have had this problem. It claims to be an organization that helps small businesses to get loans, but I have recently found out that the loan process is offered through a third party organization. If this is the case, I am sure they are not offering assistance in obtaining a loan. I was informed by one of the representatives that my membership expires in August of 2013, however I have not received anything for my membership.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the total amount of money taken from my account.
