Ok, *** *** joined the network on March 31st, She paid for and registered to participate in our Signing Agent Certification course, which is parts, one a live webinar, with a second section which includes self paced study section as well as the final examWe facilitate all of our notaries,
attorneys, and paralegals, using the same standards outlines by the participating lenders, title companies, and the Signing Professionals Work groupAll participating lenders and title companies require a signing specialist to have a certification, background screening, verifiable notary commission, surety bind (where applicable) and a $25,Errors and Omissions insurance policyWe ensure that each client has met the requirements prior to sending them to the Vendor Registration ProcessNotaries and attorneys who do not meet the requirements whether through the network or otherwise will not be accepted into any lender or title company signing agent programCheck around.*** *** never provided us with a copy of her industry standard background screening, her Errors and Omissions Insurance, her commission certificate, nor her $Surety Bond, which is required by the state of ** as well as all lenders processing signings via these programs.national Notary of America does not blast out emails or advertisements with representationsWe take on many individuals who have already met the requirement criteria above, and they never have to go through anymore qualifying processes since they have provided us with the necessary documentation required by the lenders and title companies seeking these qualified individuals and this stated throughout every ad posted on any websiteWe have been challenged on this same issue in the past by individuals who have either failed their final exam, refused to sign the terms and conditions or the code of conduct, and various other reasons and we, as a company have effectively disputed such claims, mostly during the charge-back process where the client decides they no longer wish to participate for any number of reasons so they request that their credit card processor reverse the charges so they can recoup their feesThis is the identical situation we are faced with in this dispute, although *** *** has refrained from discussion the fact that she has attempted to charge back and she was over ruled by the powers that be and her funds were not returned so now this is the next process these folks tend to take; to disparage the company for any number of complaints that are ridiculous and false.Our advertisements are transparent as are our representatives when an individual calls for information or to registerOur programs are excellent sources for subsidizing a persons income or as a sole source of income, if the program is followed pursuant to all requirements and there are no errors found that have the potential to delay or otherwise effect the funding of the loan.In the past we have refused to respond to these ridiculous charges but it is beginning to effect our reputation and individuals best suited for the work are now hesitant due to the Revdex.com allowing these types of reports to be posted prior to any rebuttalAt this point the damage has already occurred and can adversely effect the employees of the company without any recourse opportunity by the owners prior to the disparagement being posted online.*** *** never met the requirements to work as a Signing Specialist and she never gave our company an opportunity to assist her in meeting themAnd when she charged back our charge back department was reaady for herWe are not a huge company but we have recently purchased the client list from two similar companies so we could meet an industry requirement that would allow us to personally provide our clients with the assignments directly but we soon found out that the same type of online disparagement was taking place with them and National Notary of America was directly effected indirectly by the complaints issued against them by their disgruntled clients.I used to recommend a full refund for these folks to avoid the negative press so to speak but no longerIf they fail to follow the program and they wish to have their fees returned they can go to their credit card processor and start the process through them but I guarantee you if you're reading this and thinking about trying this yourself, we will come out vindicated since we record all activity of our clients for insurance purposes, including their participation or lack thereof.We will not refund *** *** and we strongly disagree with her account of her experience with our company and request that the Revdex.com immediately remove her unfounded accusation

I am rejecting this response because: I will reach out to complete the process, however, I want the false advertisements to cease and you to address why you are not SPEAKING to  the issue of mistreatment of senior citizens.  When I do reach out I do not expect any mistreatment or feeling of stress or duress that I felt before - I paid for your service.  I know that you will record our conversations as will I.  Your treatment of persons who PAY for your service is less than courteous and your refusal to pay your instructors is devious and only speaks to the character of your company. It is theft of services and you know it.  It is shameful that the person involved is afraid of you.  But so am I and the others I referred to you.  I WILL OBTAIN MY MONEY'S WORTH.  I DO NOT BACK DOWN FROM ANYONE ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE PAID DEARLY AND TAKEN FOOD MY CHILD'S MOUTH TO DO SO.

Now you can proceed with the program, meet all qualifications, and I will personally take you through Vendor Registration and make sure you get the work, enough work to meet what ever financial goal you have each month, within reason. Our full time signers and attorney's are making anywhere between $10,000 and $15,000 each month. That is with limited or no Critical Errors, errors that have the potential to effect the funding of the loan in a negative way.
