Ms. [redacted] Thank you for notify National Networks about this complaint. I have gone back through our ticketing software and reviewed the customer history, I have documented my findings below: The customer did purchase the camera system from National Networks and had it installed. ...
On 8/12/2013, we returned to setup viewing on the customers cell phone, he was not charged for this. On 9/16/2013, National Networks conducted customer training in conjunction with the manufacturer to support the customer and provide a reasonable ability to use the system. This was also provided at no charge. On 12/4/2014 we were called out because the system was not working, we found that cables ends had been cut and improperly re-attached (we call this terminated). We repaired these cables and did charge 195.00 for this service (Time and Materials). On 8/27/2015 the customer called in again saying the system was not working. I informed him that National Networks was no longer providing Security Services work in Texas. I offer to provide the service documentation from the manufacturer, ( which I found and emailed him). He said he did not want this as they would charge him for the work. I also offered to call either Guardian Force or Patriot Security on his behalf to see if they could assist him. He told me no and hung up. As you can see, there are very few service calls associated with this system and even fewer charges for work. Additionally, if the system had failed to function as described, I would imagine it would not take 2 years to report this or at least request additional service or repair requests. If any charges beyond the initial purchase price or the work to repair cabling were applied, it was not by National Networks. I cannot address this aspect of the complaint and it should not have any reflection on National Networks. As you can see, we have documented every aspect of this customers server, as we do for all customers and we have acted in every manner with good faith and professionalism. Thank you for your time on this matter and please do not hesitate to call me with any further questions. [redacted]Texas Director, National Networks, LLC. (409) 527-5435
