matter is almost four (4) years old. From the records, it appears PMI provided Mr. [redacted]'s first training session on May 18, 2011. After that PMI made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted]s to provide additional training. Mr. [redacted]s, however, refused to return PMI's calls. Although, Mr. [redacted]s has no problem stating the training is a "scam" it is hard to understand on what basis he can make this conclusion given he only attended on training session. PMI allowed Mr. [redacted]s to have access to its online educational database and resource tools including webinars, videos, and written instruction until June 2014. At that time, the account was closed for inactivity. I will notify PMI to cease any collection efforts they are making, if they are making any. This should close Mr. [redacted]'s case.
