Upon inspection of your job, the damage was consistent with salt damage, this is something that happens during the winter months when the county uses a lot of de-icers to improve the road conditionsThis not only happens to our concrete but concrete world-wide.We are willing to do what it takes to satisfy you including and up to, removing the affected areas and replacing themAs the weather is quite unsettled at the present time, we would have to wait until conditions improve, we will be in touch to make the necessary arrangementsSincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I would consider a reasonable amount of time to be no more than days. Also concrete was splashed on my vinyl fence when they poured the driveway. Spencer concrete tried to remove it to no avail. I would appreciate that they pay attention to this detail when repairing my driveway. Have a blessed Day
Regards,
