Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The actions of *** *** were capricious and discriminatory because she did not agree with the classes I was taking during the fall semester A proper investigation was never held nor does the school have any system to properly deal with discrimination within their ranks Beyond that no effort has been made to properly remedy the situation proposed by the school I find it hard to believe a school of its size cannot deal with or prevent discrimination on their campus and respond to it accordingly During that semester the english dept only brushed off the complaints similar to how the school is doing today
Sincerely,
*** ***
[redacted]'s request for a refund cannot be accommodated. The student received a successful grade for the English course during the fall 2012 semester. Students must pay the appropriate tuition and fess associated with a course before a grade is awarded.
If the student felt the grade...
received was incorrect, he had the option of following the College's Grade Grievance Policy, attached for your guidance. This policy is published in the College Catalog.
I hope this information is helpful.
Sincerely,

Review: I took classes at NCC during their fall semester with [redacted]. I spoke to [redacted] about some of the difficulties I was having early on in her class (within the first 3 weeks or so) and she informed me not to expect a grade higher than a B in her class and even that would be a gift. I followed up my complaint with school administrators who told me there was nothing they would.Desired Settlement: Refund and an apology from [redacted] for her unacceptable behavior.
