We subsequently emailed this customer as he received his products from us in the time we said he would receive them Unfortunately, many of our clients become impatient or do not have daily communication with us tend to pull this kind of maneuver We are a custom US made product built company Nothing that we build takes a day We don't turn around things like [redacted] Once again we build our products here in the US We state on our website that everything is built to order so it can take up to days sometimes longer I myself, [redacted] , communicated with [redacted] and let him know along the way when I had new updates of where his product was At no time was he ever out of communication with us But like I said, many customers today unfortunately expect everyone to run like [redacted] and become impatient At the end of the day we shipped the gentleman's product I emailed him to follow up to make sure he was happy with everything and have yet to hear back from him
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is a liar. At first he said he would get my item out right away, then it was next week, then they ran out of materials, then he refused to communicate. So, I was forced to file a complaint with PayPal and Revdex.com.
My item didn't arrive until well after filing my complaint. Also, the item received is of very mediocre quality. If [redacted] had been honest up front about lead times and returned communications in a timely manner, I might feel different. My experience with
Nash Motorcycles was my worst to date after many years dealing on the internet. I will never buy from them again and I will urge my friends to do the same. Terrible company to do business with....
