Concerning customer complaint on ID#*** by *** *** ***I *** *** (store manager of Napa Auto Parts) called her Monday morning when I received the letter and offered her to bring me the invoice and starter and would take care of herLater that day she came in with just the
invoice no part and left the building immidiatly very upset, did not give me a chance to explain why I need part with the invoiceI called her the following morning offering the same to bring me the invoice with the part so she could get her refund and she didn't even called backAt Napa we take care of our customers and I am willing to still take care of her is she brings me the invoice and starter that I need to process her refund.
