Nails 101

I am sending you information that I have pertaining the matter that occurred on January 16, 2020. Ms. called our salon inquiring about a price for a full set of nails. She was quoted $25.00 and up over the phone.
She came into the salon, was informed the price would be $35.00 she agreed and we proceeded with the service. She said nothing to me about hurting her ever. Her services were finished and she was happy with her nails. She paid $35.00 with a *** ending in ***. It was approved and processed and she signed the slip ***, which batched out at $35.00 according to our settlement report Batch # ***.
She says that she called the salon or the 16 of January 2020. No one from this salon ever spoke to Ms. about this or any other matter ever!
If she would have called our salon we would have dealt with this manner in a professional way, we would provided her the batch information on her transaction and shown her signage for proving to her that she was riot over charged nowhere in our reports show that she was charged $42.00.
We are a small business which is governed by the State Board Of Cosmetology . Our salon was inspected on 9/27/2019 which is included. We have 1 infraction which was corrected. A towel was placed under the drying machine for the gel nails, according to the wishes of state board .
I am sorry for the inconvenience of this matter that has exculated to this level. And the fact that we had no knowledge of this matter until papers were received from your office.
