Had work done and is falling apart after one month of construction, refusing to come and fix after being paid
The Work by them just was not up to the standards that it should have been because the 4th floor that they lay down still creaks and still when you walk on certain parts of it sounds like gravel underneath I've asked him to come fix it it's always been that way they still have not fixed it All the Crown molding is coming away from the wall The paint a separating from a ceiling from the Crown molding The outside steps that they missed that was supposed to fix it's still not right

is currently 57 days late on final invoice *** with a total due amount of $41,822.82. The items mentioned are normal minor warranty issues to a fully completed large scale renovation project. Currently our office has received 0 payments from *** towards this balance. *** was informed no warranty work would be initiated until full payment is collected. We have also offered *** hold back a few thousand dollars until warranty items were completed if that would give him more confidence that the warranty issues would be upheld.
David B installed a new roof and it started leaking after one year. The contract says 5 yr warranty.
We have tried contacting Mr B several times and he refuses to return calls. Just want my brand new roof which I paid out of pocket cause he claimed to be an insurance adjuster or maybe former adjuster. He stated they would not pay for us a new roof and would add a claim against us even though they would not pay. He gave us what appeared to be a decent price considering the other bids we had gotten. he talked a good game. The roof does look great however we have this leak that connects to our back patio area. Need roof fixed before further damage. Thanks for any help you can give.
I want my roof fixed so it stops leaking. We paid him for installing a new roof. With a 5 yr warranty. Thats what my paper says from him.

Sorry for the late response, just got back form the floods in Houston TX. If my memory serves me right this roof was put on over 3 years ago, this was before I merged w my current business partner and the company name was ***. I would be happy to come look at the roof and see if there is any installation warranty issues now that I am back in town. Most of the time if the roof hasn't leaked in 3 years after installation and one pops up there are usually other factors involved ie storms, pests, etc.
