Nail Paradise

Nail Paradise [redacted], ** XXXXX XXX-XXX-XXXXI will never go to Nail Paradise in [redacted], AR at [redacted] again... I went in during a busy time & was rushed through; I had to scrub the polish off my skin afterwards. I told the owner [redacted] (who was servicing me) I only wanted a polish not a manicure. He rolled his eyes and said "I already got all this out, geez" (meaning a towel and the hot hand things). On top of that my Red gel polish turned Yellow soon after being painted by [redacted]. I went back to get the polish removed & had planned on getting them repainted. [redacted] said I would need to get the same color polish or pay an additional $25. However, I didn't want to risk running into the same problem with the same color. He & the other female employee I dealt with were very rude & unaccommodating. Ive never had gel polish turn before & dont believe I exposed my nails to any abnormally harsh chemicals. Therefore, I believe this to be a product issue. They agreed to removed the polish and the rude female employee was so rough 2 of my nail beds bled... At the least they could have been respectful. [redacted] told me there wouldn't be a refund for the original service I paid for, nor would be repaint my nails a color of my choice unless I paid. This place lacks professionalism, polite hospitality, and common courtesy. I will never go back. I posted this complaint on [redacted] and read about numerous others that have had issues at this same place.Thank you for your time in this matter. However, I would like a written apology from [redacted]. And I would also like my money back. I only got a gel nail polish no manicure. That service is $25 + tax. I was polite and never raised my voice nor was I rude. I even offered to pay for the polish removal since they seemed determined to charge for a repaint.
