Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would not have sent a grievance in the first place if I had agreed with the scoringI made it very clear that it is my word against the proctors in this regardI performed the said skill to the letter according to the handbook, but the proctor chose to score it incorrect/opposite and I have no way to prove it without a way of contacting the other canidate that I performed the skill on at the testingI thought I made this abundantly clear in my detailed grievance letter with included pictures shown from Physical Therapy Book describing the skill I performed To expedite this whole process and get it behind me I had chosen to re-test, but even that seems to be a fiascoI still have yet to recieve a new test date, and the school sent new checks promptly the day after doing a stop payment on the originals Regards, [redacted] ***

In talking with my Customer Service Department
[redacted] did fail the original test on May 30th 2014 due to failure of a critical element  in Skill PROM of Shoulder
[redacted] did not dispute that she failed the exam
In Reading this  complaint it has to do with her school sending...

the fees for her to retest.  The Checks had not been received due to changes of address on the part of the school.
The School stated that they would cancel the original checks and then re submit new checks to cover the  new exam.
When [redacted] called  we were unable to  schedule her due to not have receiving the new check from her school.  The only thing we had on file was the canceled checks that finally arived.
The skills exams have changes in the past year and all school have been given the new information regarding the these changes
