I thought I would check out their site and compare there resume style to mine so I signed up for the trial offer after seeing that it wasn't that great of a website not that much help. I canceled my subscription. Now over 3 months later I just notice they are charging me $34.99 for a service I had canceled. When I called them and talked to customer service the woman at first said she couldn't find my account and asked if she could use the last four of my card to pull it up and put me on hold. A couple minutes later she came back on and said she found me. I then asked why I was charged if I had canceled she said yes I was canceled now. I told her no before when I canceled on the website. She did not understand me. She now claims I wont be charged again and that I have canceled my canceled subscription. I not once received an email from said company stating "my trial was expiring,expired or a bill email" I have even checked my spam nothing at all from them. Luckily i've been employed while I was on a job search. I feel horrible for the people who don't have money who will be charged by these people!
