Hi [redacted], We do have many programs available including our in house program, there are conditions and terms with every loan. Your situation is unique and you are in an existing car loan at the moment, which the loan balance is substantially higher...

then the value of your vehicle. We do see this often and depending on the strength of your application, [redacted], we can sometimes add any negative equity on to your new loan. We did manage to secure an approval through one of our lenders, but the amount approved wasn't enough to carry over any negative equity to the new loan. We have spoken to varies lenders and at this time they're not interested due to your credit history on file. Our in house program that promises everyone an approval has limits on the amount as well, your loan exceeds our limit. Although I do understand was is being said to me, In the response from *. [redacted] (above). I was very clear from the beginning about my particular situation, and my hesistance about having a credit check done. I was told, there wouldn't be an issue and if there was, that Bryden Financing and auto sales would live up to it's advertisements. I was never informed of "Limits" on the "Our in house program" that promises everyone an approval. I would have reconsidered having a credit check done otherwise. I now have a hit on my credit report that I wouldn't have authorised if I thought it was going to be a serious issue. I feel misled by both the advertisement and [redacted].
Although I appreciate effort on my case, I was never once contacted by [redacted] unless I initiated contact. For over a 2 month period this has gone on. I always allowed 7+ days for responses, but never received any. Thus my frustration.
I feel misled by both the Bryden Financing and Auto sales advertisement and [redacted].
