To whom it may concern,This letter is in regards to a complaint that NIC Industries IncPrismatic Powder Divisionreceived on the 6th of March from the Revdex.com with the ID of [redacted] .This complaint was regards to an order that was placed for powder coating material on theFebruary 15th The customer purchased different items on the order in question.No other issues or complaints have come in regarding the lot numbers associated with the itemson the order.I contacted the customer on March 15th to review and discuss his concernsThe customerand Prismatic have come to an understanding on the issues at hand.The customer has stated that they are satisfied with the outcome and stated that he would send ina letter on our behalf if needed or requested.Thank you ***please see attached***
