N C Motors Sports Auto Repair

I have a lincoln town car and there was a noise coming from front side.On 27th of August, I went to N.C. Motors Sports and [redacted] (owner of the shop) told me that he has to replace 2 upper and lower ball joints(both side). I paid $620.00 to fix the problem. when I got my car back the noise was still coming and asked him. he said 4 weeks later after make miles the noise will gone. and I made miles. on 3rd of october I went to [redacted] to change my car's oil. when they pulled the car up they called me and show me the nuts that were loose. when I went to N.C. Motors Sports and told them the situation that I have been in, [redacted] blamed the staffs who work for [redacted]. he told me that the staff had loosen your nuts to charge you more money. and added that "dont be child, how can you believe that". he was like making fun of me. I was right front of the car while they were pulling up my car and there was noway to loose them and show me! when I asked the noise that my car still has, he didnt want to fix it. they forgot to tide the nuts and put me in a danger. and also they wasted my time and money with doing wrong inspection.
