I have been in business since 2006 with "ZERO" complaints, let alone someone writing false reviews about me and the company across the internet.
*** filed a six page complaint against our company with the Delaware Department of Justice alleging contract fraud among other things. We answered the complaint and every allegation in detail. Result - COMPLAINT DISMISSED. No action taken by the DOJ. Four weeks after that, I am contacted by the Milford Police Department in regard to the same charge. COMPLAINT DISMISSED. They told me the Delaware Department of Justice already made a decision on this case and as far as the police were concerned, no crime was committed. Now she is suing us in Justice of the Peace court for some of the very same things.
She breached the contract three times and never made final payment. All material on that job was as specified. She has a self admitted history of non-payment and suing home improvement contractors and breech of contract with other companies. In fact, she recently (2017) sued another company in the exact same court that she is suing us. Any reasonable person must ask, how many people sue two contractors in that short amount of time, let alone a lifetime? She received a default judgement from the first contractor that she sued because he didn't show up for court. That will not be the case with us.
As for her her hiring Steve Sypulski - American Home Inspections, she never revealed any home inspection report to our company until it was requested in a "Bill of Particulars" AFTER we received her court complaint. That would be FOUR months after The City of Milford performed a SATISFACTORY Final Inspection.
