Moxie Construction Inc

I am carpenter that works in Big Sky Montana and I work on high end custom homes. The president of Moxie Construction came onto our job site at the end of last week and was asking all the guys on our job site if they need any work and if any of us would want to come work on his project up the road. That is very unprofessional and is grey area illegal by Yellow Stone Club policy. What job site superintendent goes to a competitors job site to try to undercut them and take their employees? That is like asking if anyone wants to switch teams for more money at half time during the Superbowl.... Moxie construction equals shady construction if that is a regular business practice.
