Thank you for the information provided. This patient came to our office on 01/02/2016 and received a
full mouth series X-rays, a total of 8 X-rays. These were done at no fee.
 The patient requested all of her X-rays to go to another dentist, consented to
the charge of $50 for the...

full series. All but one X-ray are of digital quality,
which is superior to any hard copy one could get.  We offered the patient
to deal directly with her other Doctor to ensure a good receipt of her X-rays,
which she declined. There are 3 types of X-rays she is in receipt of for the
tooth she specifically told our office wanted to get addressed in Canada. These
are all of good quality.
We apologize for the one X-ray that doesn’t have the same
quality as all of the others, and are willing to refund the fee of $50 for the
X-rays.
If
the patient agrees to the above, she may contact our Office Manager to
provide us with her card details so we can reverse the transaction.Thank you.
