My complaint is in regard to delivery issues and customer service This is a result of not receiving a package I had mailed to the addressI ordered product from Marykay on May 31st and had it shipped to Forestview apartmentsThe estimated delivery date was June 14th My dad lives at the residence and gave me permission to have it shipped to his addressDuring the week of June 5th me and my dad called daily to check and see if the package came in I know based off facts and history that whenever I order product from [redacted] my package normally comes in a few days before the estimated delivery dateWe called everyday that week to check on the package and the answer was no it did not come in I Have been ordering from [redacted] for over years and have had it shipped to the residence several times prior to this month Wednesday June 8th comes and I start to become utterly concerned about my productI checked the tracking and it said my package has been delivered and sent to t

I called February asking management at [redacted] chalk level road about the refund of my deposit after I moved out November I moved out of [redacted] Center Station apartments and returned my key to the office in person Monday, November 30th which was my confirmed move out dateI contacted the office after I hadn't received any paperwork from my move outThe woman I spoke with, was either [redacted] or [redacted] , the first week of February informed me they would have to look at my file and contact corporate to issue a refund because it could not be handled from their siteI have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my deposit

Agent pushed for me to submit application for an apartment, stating it is 100% freeReceived a bill for "admin fees" when I told them not interested On 3/5/18, leasing agent [redacted] contacted me through email stating that it is free to apply, no application fees and no admin feesI went in to view an apartment listed on the website for $but was told that they did not update the site so the price has gone up to $Mr [redacted] then told me to look at other apartments which are much biggerA friend helped me looked at the apartments later and informed me that they lied about the square footage by far I submitted an application on 3/6/because I was told there would be zero fees and charges [redacted] told me that my credit card was needed to prove identity since I did not have a second photo ID on meHe told me the next day that my application went through and I stated that I am no longer interested in renting from them because they were deceptiveHe was push

Everything in my apartment keeps breaking, will have to wait weeks before resolved and website has been down making unable to pay billMaintenance Security gate is broken causing numerous vehicle break-ins totaling $250+ in damage replacement fees (November 23rd), payment made in cash, security lights shut off causing car break ins and hazards because of stairs cannot see and unprotectedSecurity guard never on site doing rounds to monitor complexMaintenance issues (i.e gym is included in rent and never accessible, service requests don't properly go through, rat problems, causing additional out of pocket expenses for traps)

Monument bought our apartment complex, tenant below caught something on fire, fire dept broke down our door, Monument promised to fix it but didn't
In early (I can't remember the exact day)Monument took over management of my apartment complex located at *** *** ***, Charlotte, NC XXXXXOn June 13th, something belong to one of the tenants caught fire and the fire department was called outThe fire was easily contained but the fire department still had to bust down our doorOur door did not shut and was literally coming apartOther tenants also had their doors busted down but I am not sure the extent of the damage and if it's close to oursMaintenance patched our door up to the point where it will shut, and lock, but there are still huge gaps in between the door and the frame causing various bugs, including hornets, to get it and for our air conditioning (and if it's not fixed soon, our heat) to get out causing our energy bill to spike in priceOriginally

Been here month's asking for 3months to get my smoke detectors keys to all my doorsThey said I have to do it my SelfNeed work done in house not

Mold issues / huge cracks in wall
I am filling this complaint because after several attempts of trying to get help from the property management for awhile now and still nothing has been done, I felt that I had no other chose I but in a work order right at a year ago about the cracks in the walls and still nothing has been done and there is never no communication backNow I have mold growing under my kitchen sink and reported it and nothing has been done to get rid of itMold can make you extremely sick and I inform them that I have allergies & sinus issues and dis not need to be around moldWhen you go and speak with someone at the rent office all you get is a bunch of okay and we will get someone to take card of it but nothing ever get doneThis use to be a nice place to live in but the last two years things have went so down hill and the service is aweful, yet they expect for tenant to continue to pay increases all the timeIf something is wrong and can cause harm to the tena

Monument Real Estate Services has been a wonderful company to work and live at! I have been pleasantly surprised with the work ethic and company culture that they exude If you are looking for a company to call home look at Monument!

In June 2018, my A/C was brokenI put in work orders for the apartment to fix itIt was around 86/degrees in the apartmentIt was so hot many nights I couldn't stay in itMaintenance came out times and put different parts in our A/C but it still did not workWe did not get a temporary unit and this problem persisted for a month with no reliefUnder these conditions, the lease states they have hours to FIX the problemI went to the manager to terminate my lease and go elsewhereShe told me I could not do so, but I could pay my way out of the leaseI made a payment plan and moved outI payed the full amount on the payment plan and my full deposit also went to that as wellMonths later after paying off a rather unfair amount to get out of an apartment in such conditions, I was put into collections for the amount as if I did not

When I first moved in to the apartment complex years ago I noticed that there was a serious bug problemRoaches to be exactThere were two different kinds of them all throughout the apartmentThey were even coming through the front doorI lodged a complaint with the office and the lady that worked there at the time insured me that she would get it taken care ofThey sent out a pest control guy and he sprayed the front room and kitchen and leftSo of course the infestation continuedI immediately started to hate living there because there is always trash outside in the breezeway and people are always in the breezeway crowding around and making it hard to walk throughby the time I tried to go and make another complaint we were informed that there wasn't going to be anyone in the office for a while because the management company

I am currently apart of the Monument Team I have been provided a culture of support and opportunities A place where I am allowed to make decisions, take ownership in my work, and if needed, I know our executive leadership is there for me I came to Monument in the midst of much change and growth, I was worried about my decision to leave my last company but my worries were quickly put at ease Monument is home! I trust our leadership and am excited about the direction we are headed Monument is a great place to #LiveYourNarrative !
