We had to keep taking the car back to get them to finally finish all the work that was needed on the car after our accident. They didn't figure out all that was needed. They missed things.

I went in for a minor repair and Moe Allen exceeded my expectations in service and turnaround. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had prompt and efficient service on my brand new Ford Fusion. I hit a propane tank on the interstate and I am confident in the repairs.

I was very happy with the people at Moe Allen's -- helping me understand insurance, ordering the bumper for my car -- answering all of my questions -- and then having the car ready exactly when it was promised to me. And they cleaned my car inside and out too -- all was just perfect.

They did not meet expectations. They kept pushing the date of my car's return further and further each day. First they said ready in one week, then ready in a month, then the weekend. The weekend came and no car. They said try again Monday because they realized they did not have the parts they needed. Come monday, no car. Again, there were even more parts that they did not have. I still do not have my car and they said try tomorrow. I am not expecting it to actually be ready tomorrow because all my trust in this company is now gone.

We have been taking our cars to Moe Allen for over fifteen years and it has been a positive experience every time ... that is why we only take our cars there. The work is always done beautifully, the car is ready on the date they say, the price is fair and Juan Carlos could not be nicer ... and they send us home with a freshly washed car!
