I did not go on their web site at all & was not told their policy was on there Their policy was never told to me when I made the reservations I never received a confirmation that stated their policy I gave them more than a hour notice of cancelation I was told at that time that I would be charged a small cancellation fee that I disagreed with & it seems that they are changing their policy when they need to This is not a very good way to treat your customers I am still requesting a full refund & plan to go further with this if needed Regards, [redacted] ***
