Had a leak in my ceiling, turns out the furnace which was years old started leaking from the heater I called AJ Perri because they are everywhere and now I know why The price to replace my unit was more than my car! I made a few more calls and came across these guys Salesman came out, went through everything and presented a price that was more in line with what I was expecting I needed the heat, have kids, so they came the next day, covered the house in drop cloths, went to work and by 3pm they had my heat up and running with a brand new unit that didn't require me to give them my first born! Thanks Jack and thanks Mid-State for being there when I needed it

On October 13, Mid-State arrived at Mr***'s home for a “no heat” service visitAt which time the technician had observed a bad circuit board in his furnaceOn October 16, 2014, Mid-State returned and replaced the circuit board at which time the furnace was operating properlyMr [redacted] advises the technician that he removes the drain tube from time to time to replace the filter in the furnaceThe part, the circuit board was covered under the parts warrantyOn or about November 21, Mr [redacted] notifies us of a water leak emanating from your furnaceOur technician arrived on the same day and determined that the drain tube to the condensate trap was missing a clamp and a small drip was presentThe technician took photo’s of the furnace and flooring in the surrounding areaThe photo's reveal that the furnace appears to have been leaking for some time as the bottom of the furnace has visible rust across the base platformPrior to last month's service visit we have not been present at the home since August of If proper maintenance had been performed throughout the years this crisis would have been avertedThe system is a highly technical piece of equipment that has many moving parts and requires maintenance for general cleaning as well as safety inspections to determine all the functions of the furnace are operating properlyA failure to do so could jeopardize the proper operation of the system as well as the warranty with the manufacturer due to the lack of maintenanceWhile we sympathize with your frustrations on this issue, proper maintenance would have avoided this

I would like to recognize your service technician Brian who came to my house on October 24, He introduced himself at the front door by extending his hand, giving me his name and the reason for the visit He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable He performed the required tests on the boiler in a timely manor and led the area clean and neatWhen I asked whether or not I owed any money, he quickly called the office in order to answer my question His call prompted my request to continue my service agreement that I received in the mail Whithout his call I would have forgotten to renew my contractBrian is a wonderful addition to an already stellar company You are lucky to have such a contentious employee I will actively recommend Mid-State to anyone who asksSincerely, [redacted]
