On june 28th miss *** brought [redacted] into my shop for grooming it old her we would call her when he was ready to go home that we usually close at noon on satshe then left & I let [redacted] run around to play while he waited for his turnhe was a very happy dog & was greeting other customers at my gate as they came inI started him without incident as he was a good dog to work onI then gave him his bath & blew him out and put him in a bed in my drying room until I could fluff him outwhen I was ready about twenty minlater I got him out of his bed (never any blood there) and let him play on the floor a little more until I was ready for himA little while later I finished him up without incident & let him back down where he then started playing with my daughter who had come up to my shopHe jumped up onto her lap for attention(which he got)I then called miss [redacted] ...it was approximately 11:am...she then asked what time we close & I told her noon like I told you this morningShe said she was at the ATT store and would get there whenever she couldshe showed up around 12:30-12:I tried to talk to her about how good he was as I was trying to put on his collar & leash but she was not very respondentthere was never any sign of blood from [redacted] or did he ever act like anything was bothering himshe left with her dog & I closed my shop up and left around 1:& went to pick up my daughter from her house so we could go et lunchafter we ate we went by my other daughters house to pick up my grandson because we were taking him to the moviesit was approximately 2:30-2:by now and i'm drivingmy phone rang from a number I didn't recognize but I decided to answer real quick as I have my shop phone forwarding to my cell in the event that a customer needs to get in touch with meit was miss [redacted] complaining that I cut her dogs elbow & toenail & he was bleeding & crying & why didn't I inform herI then explained to her that I wasn't aware that he was cut & if he was I was sorryif I had known he was I would have told herwe do not make a habit out of cutting dogs but sometimes they move at the wrong time & either they get nicked or I doin that case I would then tell the owner so it cane be monitored but generally they heal right up just like they do when I get cut when a dog movesshe kept complaining saying she didn't think she should have to pay for the groomingI could tell she was not going to be happy with anything I said & then told her I was driving which I drive a standard transmission car & that if she would come in Monday morning I would be happy to look at it then & to keep the cut clean it should be all right until thenshe said ok & that she was stopping payment on her checkI then told her I would then see her in court then instead of coming in Monday morning I woke up sunday morning to my daughter telling me a customer was on my shops facebook page saying all kind of bad things about meI responded to her again saying I was sorry if she thinks I did something wrong & that my longtime customers know how I feel and care about the animalsthen I just let her and her friends continue slamming me on facebook she then went on the yelp website & started slamming me...I found this out by one of my customers calling me & telling me...she didn't even want to know the details because she knows how I am with the dogswhich then leads us to here
