manufactured by *** Furniture on Dec28, She received the sectional around Feb10, 2016, (generally, special orders take about 8-weeks).*** *** called our customer service department on May 13, 2016, and complained about the fabric, cushion cores and cushion casings of the sectionalMsAlice K***, our Customer Service Specialist, arranged for *** *** (an independent upholstery specialist, ####-###-####) with *** ***, to call the customer and inspect the product at the customer’s homeEvidently *** *** was traveling at the time, and *** ***’s inspection of the products was scheduled for June 2, 2016.After the visit *** *** suggested that we replace all cushion cores and casings for *** ***He provided the exact parts and order numbers to be replaced, which were sent to the manufacturer (this product was under warranty)He did not, as *** *** stated in her original complaint, recommend the replacement of the entire two-piece sectionalWe immediately ordered the parts *** *** suggested, from the manufacturer, ***(These replacement part orders generally take 4-weeks to receive.)We received the parts on July 14, 2016, and *** *** replaced them in *** ***'s home on July 15, Unfortunately, the manufacturer failed to include two cushions from our replacement order, but they agreed to ship them directly to the customer’s homeWe know this is an inconvenience for *** ***, but this was an error on the manufacturer’s end, and out of Hamilton Sofa Gallery’s controlWhen you order customized furniture, these types of inconveniences are often part of the process, and are beyond our control.We value *** *** as a customer and have tried our best to serve her in a timely mannerAs a small business we strive to satisfy and exceed the expectations of each of our customersWe are positive that, given the opportunity, we will do the same for *** ***Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding this matter.Sincerely, John F
