There are still some nonsense points. First of all, the manager said to me they charge $including the trip fee, and they charged hour and a half for me. Now mathematic part $X = $230.25. How do they come out with $333.50? They even told me that differences between those two number were the equipment fee. Oh My God, how ridiculous this is!! I would like to question them do you pay the restroom fee when dine in the restaurant? Do you pay instrument fee when you take an eye exam or any other examinations? Okay, you may say yes, because those fee all are included in whatever you charged as diagnosis fee.Secondly, this did not matter too much to me. However, I still need to mention it. Speaking of the manager returning the call, I don't expect to reach him as soon as possible. However, I have been waiting for days. When I called back for manager, I was not sure if I will reach him so that I asked the front counter lady for manager's number. I was not sure what they are trying to hide.Thirdly, speaking of the diagnosis fee that the front counter lady made an analog to the doctor's office diagnosis fee. Okay, maybe you pay over $for the doctor's office just for diagnosis. Not sure what is wrong with you. However, I can see this is quite rare. This is not the common case in regular citizen. All of my known friends and me pay way less that that amount for just diagnosis. And more importantly, I mentioned some companies do not charge for diagnosis it is because they are either reputation companies or they are very confident due to their excellent customer service. Also, I did not expect to get free diagnosis from you; however, the way you charged was nonsense and way to much.At the end, thank you for taking time to review my complaint

9/14/16:  We received service call from [redacted] on September 14, 2016.  Our servicemen was dispatched same day.  Customer was informed 1st hour $153.50 (consists of 1 hour + 50.00 trip charge), thereafter $103.50 an hour.  Serviceman would collect invoice at...

[Not at any time was there mention of a triple charge for anything].  Upon arriving the service technicians diagnosed the ice machine had a locked pump motor assembly.  Before going any further an estimate was given to [redacted] for replacing the pump motor assembly.  She decided against replacing the motor at this time.   She called the office on September 28th wanting to talk to the Manager or Owner.  At that moment the owner was out on other calls but would have him call back ASAP.  The owner returned the call and negotiated the amount to $153.50, at which point [redacted] refused to pay any of the bill.  [And yes I have seen bills way over $300.00 from a doctor for diagnosis].  A company can not be expected to run free calls- not with payroll, gas, truck expenses - its very expensive to send a work truck out to service customers.  We work very hard to do excellent work for our customers.  We are very hard, honest working people and are very sorry for any misunderstandings that may have occurred in this instance.  We appreciate your understanding.
