My family has been using the services of Matrix for a few years now. We found ourselves in desperate need of immediate home health care for my mother who was suffering from Alzheimers/Parkinsons and realized right away that Matrix would be the perfect fit. They provided people that came into the home and treated my mother with love and dignity and my mother truly grew to love her caregivers and looked forward to their arrival each day. When my mother and father could no longer stay in their home, we moved them to Matrix's Walnut Lodge residential care home. It is a home atmosphere with 5-6 residents and a cat that my dad adores. The caregivers at this home are also excellent - kind, compassionate, patient and try to attend to everyone's particular needs. Family members are always welcomed and they were especially attentive as my mother died, even feeding us and helping us with all of the details we needed to attend to at that difficult time. The owners, Bruce and Karen are extremely kind and competent and ready to help in any way they can and good about communicating and updating us on how my parents (now just my dad) are doing (I live 4 hours away). I cannot say enough about the quality of Matrix - so grateful to have found them.
