On May **,we received paperwork from the Revdex.com that a complaint had been made in regards to our [redacted] ale Xtra MartOn 05-**-at appoximately 11:00am the [redacted] made Contact to [redacted] to get more details [redacted] informed the [redacted] that her money was already refunded into her account so we feel the complaint has been resolved

already refunded into her account so we feel the complaint has been resolved.
Review: I WENT IN TO XTRA MART ON WEDNESDAY MAY [redacted] ON MY WAY TO ALBANY TO PURCHASE GAS AND A SLICE OF PIZZA. I WAS ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE PUMP SO HUNG THE PUMP BACK ON THE HOLSTER. WHEN I TURNED MY VEHICLE AROUND TO PUMP THE GAS FROM THE CORRECT SIDE THE GAS WOULD NOT PUMP. I WENT BACK INTO THE STORE WHERE THE YOUNG LADY STATED SHE WOULD HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN AND THAT I WOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR THE FIRST CHARGE BUT SHE WOULD NEED TO SWIPE MY CARD AGAIN. TODAY AFTER CHECKING MY ACCOUNT I SEE THAT I WAS INDEED CHARGED TWICE. ONCE FOR $30.00 AND ANOTHER TIME FOR $31.25. I CONTACTED XTRA MART ABOUT THEIR ERROR AND SPOKE TO [redacted] WHO STATED SHE COULD NOT HELP ME NOR TALK TO ME AS SHE WAS WORKING ALONE AND HAD A LINE OF PEOPLE IN HER STORE. [redacted] STATED I WOULD HAVE TO COME IN WHEN HER [redacted] IS THERE. I EXPLAINED TO [redacted] THAT NOT ONLY DO I NOT LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR THE XTRA MART AS I WAS TRAVELING THE DAY I WENT IN, BUT THAT I DON'T SEE WHY I SHOULD HAVE TO COME BACK INTO THE STORE TO BE REIMBURSED WHEN ALL THE INFORMATION THEY NEED IS IN THEIR SYSTEM. I ASKED WHEN THE [redacted] WOULD BE AVAILABLE AND [redacted] STATED SHE DIDN'T KNOW BUT SHE CAN'T HELP ME. I ASKED FOR AN OFFICE NUMBER WHICH I CONTACTED AND WAS THEN SENT TO A COMPLAIN HOTLINE. AFTER LEAVING A MESSAGE I CALLED THE OFFICE NUMBER BACK (###-###-####) ASKING IF THERE IS ANY OTHER WAY FOR THIS TO BE RECTIFIED FASTER. THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED WAS VERY RUDE, WANTING TO SEND ME BACK TO THE SAME COMPLAINT HOTLINE I WAS ALREADY SENT TO. WHEN I ASKED HER NAME SHE STATED THAT HER NAME HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY COMPLAINT SO SHE IS NOT GOING TO TELL ME. THE NAMELESS WOMAN WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. 05/**/2014 Point of Sale [redacted]...
