The same day he file this report. There was a 30% restocking charge that we told him we would try and get waive but he insisted that he get refunded that day.

!. There were no restocking charge that was communicated to me ever. I was only putting a deposit on the granite, so they could hold it and they were going to check if the granite was going to fit in my kitchen, and I found out 2 days later that it would not fit. The very next day I went back in to get my deposit back. My deposit was on a charge card, so they should have no problem to credit me back on my card. Instead they wanted me wait till the card card clears and send me a check. I am thinking they could bounce the check and I would be out of 1600.00.

Don't do buisness with this company.....They won't refund your money. They have major problems there.
