Main Street Tires

I made first contact with Main street tires in Kissimmee Friday February 7th in regards to issues with my vehicle. I advised Carlos R (The Owner) that I believed it was time to change my brakes because of an issue I was having with the car. He then let me know that I might want to change 2 of my tires along with the brakes. Heeding to his advise I agreed and left the car with him to do the work. Once the work was completed I received a call to pick it up and asked if he could test drive the car to make sure everything ran smooth and there was no noise when he drove it; once back from the test drive he advised there was no noise. Taking his word for it I took the car home and heard a strange noise on the way there. Carlos advised that he did not hear anything and that because they were brand new brakes they were bound to make a noise. The noise was louder as I drove it back to work the next morning so I went back for him to test drive the car again. He then advised that what I needed to change was the lower control arm both right and left along with an alignment; because I could only afford to change one I asked for him to change the right passenger side. Carlos told me he would still do the alignment and change the part that I needed to replace. Driving home once the repairs were said to be done on the Florida turnpike I noticed that my car was veering left as I was driving and not straight. I found that rather odd as I had just gotten an alignment done as per Carlos! Now going back to Main street tires in Kissimmee he NOW stated that I needed the alignment screws....at this point it was one thing after another. Believing that Carlos was an honest business man I went to buy the part at advanced auto parts and explained the issues I was having with the associate. He advised that the screws should have been put on PRIOR to the alignment being done and not before. The fact is my vehicle still remains unfixed with a bent right tire making the vehicle worse than when it went in.
